The 3-spoke multifunction steering wheel wrapped in perforated leather is adorned with an original RS plaque. 

The exceptional design goes hand in hand with advanced technology, represented by the electromechanical, progressive power steering. Based on the steering wheel position, progressive steering reduces the need to move your hands around the wheel when cornering and increases comfort when parking. Furthermore, the Extended Electronic Differential Lock system (XDL) improves traction and reduces the tendency to under steer. Both of these features improve the comfort of your drive and are exclusive to the RS model. 

The sports leather steering wheel also features audio control, Bluetooth® phone operation and is height and reach adjustable for maximum comfort. 

In the Octavia RS with DSG gearbox, paddle shifters are a standard feature. They are located behind the steering wheel so you can control your vehicle with your fingertips, like a professional sports car driver.
