Airbags

The Octavia Ambition version features seven airbags as standard, located at the front, front side, curtain and driver's knee area. The Octavia Style versions boast nine airbags as standard with the inclusion of additional rear side airbags. 

The driver is protected with front airbag in the steering wheel, while front passenger airbag is mounted in the dashboard.

Side airbags, placed in the front seats for both the driver and the passenger provide effective protection of pelvis, abdomen and thorax in case of side impact. The driver’s knee airbag is mounted in the lower part of the dashboard, under the steering wheel column, protecting the driver’s legs in case of frontal impact.
